Please, I do not want to offend anybody, only I ask, and the language does not help me.

I wish banear this ip from the protector. 195.225.177.14

In bad Ip, I write 195.225.177.14 and it gives this error !!!

"The file for bad IPs cannot be opened The file to allow Grupo=1 cannot be opened "

Which is the problem?
