Thank you for your reply.

I tried again as follows:

1. Snoopy
2. iso88591 (it only whitened as i tried "iconv")
3. XMLanalysis

Then, it garbled this time like "Entf��rter Sch稘erhund gl��klich"
Besides, might I have to do?
Or, can the blocks(d3pipes_block_sync.html) be shown with iso88591,so as not to garble?
