You've just misunderstood the meaning of "multiple dot file".

examples of multiple dot file:
- 123.zip.rar
- 123..zip

The reason why Protector prohibits multiple dot file, these files can be used for attacking.

- malicious.php.unknownextension

This file can be parsed and executed as a PHP script.


Protector never prohibits "multiple file uploading".
