Hi,
I've a problem with multiple upload functionnality of newbb (CBB v.3.05) and protector :
Log message :
Type : upload
Description : Attempt to multiple dot file myfile.zip
I don't want to turn off protector module or multiple file upload.

You've just misunderstood the meaning of "multiple dot file".
examples of multiple dot file:
- 123.zip.rar
- 123..zip
The reason why Protector prohibits multiple dot file, these files can be used for attacking.
- malicious.php.unknownextension
This file can be parsed and executed as a PHP script.
Protector never prohibits "multiple file uploading".
