I inform just that I has just taken again my modifications on piCal. It will offer the following options:
-> way of skins according to the selected theme
-> Mode CSS OFF: standard operation
-> Mode CSS ON: the generated pages will use a file css. With three operating mode:
----> CSS is in the file skin
----> CSS is in the file of the current topic
----> CSS integrated in that of the current topic
