But you've misunderstood about Protector.

Protector protects some kind of attacks. not all.

If you use a vulnerable core (2.2.3 ) or vulnerable modules (a lot!), Protector can't help it.

The most important factors for the security of XOOPS:

- use the secure core (2.0.13a-JP or 2.0.13.2 now)
- never use vulnerable modules (eg. WF-*)
- and use the latest Protector
