I had been waiting for this reply. Thank you very much.

Now I am going to shift from xoops.org to "impress cms".

※ I had once thought about shifting from xoops.org (2.0.16) to XCL but that work seems to be too hard since there is not any instruction of migrating from xoops.org (2.0.16 or above) to XCL. I think XCL is a great but it lacks of documentation to help people get started with it. And that may be the main reason of why XLC failed increasing (xoops) users.

On the other hand ICMS.org seems to be very professional of promoting its product. Xoops users can shift to icms easily - that's the greatest advantage of ICMS over XCL I think.
