Hi GIJOE ...

In a previous thread you gave instructions on how I can more than the 10 modules in thread

From Feb 22 2005

Can I only use numbers to assign the new modules?? Like the example tinycontent101? ... or can I use names like "tinycontenthistory"???

I tried the name example ... but its not working ... it wants to be just "tinycontent". So I am wondering if "names" are out ... or if I did something wrong.

Thanks
Peter

hi Peter.

At least, Duplicatable V2 can't do that.
Only an instance of the module can have a numberless dirname.

I have a plan to Duplicatable V3.
This allows number-free naming.
D3 will be implemented with the fully scratched content module.

So ... for now ... only numbers. I do not mind that ... I just misunderstood and thought I was doing something wrong.

Thanks much

Any progress on the numberless duplication method for the TinyD module? Is there anything that we as the community can to do help contribute?

This would solve an administrative problem with our group. Technically, we could use an Apache rewrite rule to view the pages without numbers (I think). I have not tried but do you guys think that would work?

Thanks for letting me brainstorm for ideas.
