Not sure if this is related, but it happened right after I installed the hack.
I noticed on my front page my AMS spotlite blocks where half width. I did some checking and found that the block templates where all triplicate. I had 3 copies of each block template. I deleted them all and regenerated. That did not help.
Ended up updating the AMS module. All seems well now and the auto logon works fine.
Just wanted to pass this along incase it was due to the hack. But, I can't imagine how.

Upon further investigation, I think this may be a Xoops bug, so I posted in the bug report forum to see if others are experiencing this.
Several other modules seem to also have duplicate and triplicate templates in the default template set.
Confirmed Xoops Bug by Mith, fix is being worked on.

In fact, this is a bug of 2.0.9.
There are many en-bugs with 2.0.9
2.0.9 looks a buggy version like 2.0.4 or 2.0.7.
I'll skip this.
