When I set the permissions of the caqtegory, does not appear the alternatives in checkbox.
The settings of the permissions for the forums is ok.
On localhost everything works properly.
In the remote server run:
Vers

This problem is solved.
The question has been renamed the module folder from html/modules/d3forum to html/modules/forum_mercado_financeiro.
Thus, the permissions of the categories do not work.
Renaming to html/modules/forummercadofinanceiro everything works properly.

The dirname must be under 25 bytes.
/[0-9a-zA-Z_-]{,25}/
Then
forum_mercado_financeiro
looks OK.
Of course this is a bad name.

Thank you for your clarification.
I changed to that name to improve the rank on Google for the words the financial market (Mercado Financeiro.
These words are preferred by the user on my site.
Now, i will see if it will better Rank to the site on Google.
