thats the problem, i have tried it 3 times to install it but every time i cannot install in the administrator pannel the wraps module, wraps is not visible in the module menu

Check the file path again.
These files are should be placed under XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/modules/(dirname)/
Or turn PHP debug on.
