I'm making a new installation of Protector 2.57 in a site I'm rebuilding from scratch.
If I add the "php_admin_flag allow_url_fopen off" line in the .htaccess file of the xoops root directory I have problems and receive the next message:
"500 server error
I encountered an unrecoverable server error. Please go back and try again."
Although I been able to modify/create the other Protector issues (register_globals and session.use_trans_sid).
What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!
PS: I love this module and TinyD!
php_admin_flag cannot be written in .htaccess.
If you are administrator of the server, insert into httpd.conf
Of course, you can edit php.ini itself.
Else, ignore the warning

Oh! So I can ignore the warning?
Thanks!

There are many such environments.
Though it is not recommended, I cannot help that...
