Don't worry about them.
They are just module caches.
Anyway, you should turn the module cache off in system admin -> preferences -> general.
FCH works well in almost cases.
XOOPS's modules cache works bad in almost cases.

then I activate the cache of xoops.... and solved problem
if I use only FCH-hack I avoid the overload of the MySql?

FCH can reduce the number of queries in your site.
It will be enough.
Anyway, XOOPS module cache should be disabled.
It does not check any privileges of the modules.
