おお〜、渋いバグをみつけましたね

include/sitemap.plugin.php 14行目
	$sql = "SELECT cat_id,cat_title,pid,cat_depth_in_tree FROM ".$db->prefix($mydirname."_categories")." WHERE ($whr_category) AND ($whr_pid) ORDER BY cat_order_in_tree" ;

上の、ORDER BY 以下の書き忘れです。
アーカイブの方へは次回更新時に一緒に反映させます。
