I just installed pico with all the instructions, following them as careful as I could.

Previously installed Frameworks 1.10;
running Xoops 2.0.16;
FreeBSD 4.11;
mysql Ver 12.22 Distrib 4.0.16;
PHP 4.4.1

Had no error report on installation, yet I can only see and modifiy the Preferences. Content List, Category Permissons and Import/Sync are empty or at least take me nowhere.

Any idea of what I have done wrong?
