If you need multilanguage other than contents, edit themes,templates,configs, and the current language files like this:

It is easy to create a perl script make such language files automatically.

First of all, thanks for a great hack.

I am not sure if it would be possible. It would be great if for example, when I click on Japanese Flag, the hack will trigger profile change and switch the whole site to Japanese language. This would take care of menu translation and there would be no need of hardcoding the menu items.
