Hi. After checking those in XOOPS, I checked the Date & Time setting (PDT) on my LAN server (iMac700 G4 running Mac OS 10.3.4). Might Daylight Savings be the problem? XOOPS settings do not appear to factor in Daylight Savings. Perhaps that's something I have to compensate for additionally in setting the XOOPS timezones.

So, maybe while PST is GMT -8, PDT is GMT -7.

By the way, I have a few other comments on the beta which I'll post later.
