Really strange, meanwhile it works an I can see the posts also when I access the page without index.php at the end of the URL

And the Forum's got the same strange behaviour.

If I'm logged in a can see everything and it doesn't matter over which URL I access the page but when I'm logged out it seems like it lasts half an hour or so till everything is refreshed.
