It was not set that way, piCal is just set to go by the server's time. In any case, I think I got it fixed. We're in GMT -6:00, and they were setting events to start at 5:45 am. Once you change that to 6:00 am, the problem goes away.

Getting the timed events to show up properly is the #1 problem I've had with all the installations of piCal. None of the users I have need anything to do with timezones. If an event starts at 9:00 am, that's all it needs to say, 9:00 am, because all my uses are for "local" websites.

To be able to turn off all that timezone mumbo jumbo would be a wonderful improvement to piCal. As long as the Xoops config is set up properly with the server time vs local time offset, that should be all that I would need.

The other issue is the "PM" showing up before the time. "PM 3:45" is *not* standard and looks funny to North American users. I know some piCal users who have somehow figured out how to make the above show up as "3:45 PM", but I have not.

Still, GIJOE, we appreciate your work, and the price is right!
