Thanks but ... well:

1) I re-installed (deleted & re-uploaded and installed)

2) Everything seemed to go ok this point: but

3) I Got to the "List Headlines" option off the admin
side. ALL I see on the page that opens is:

List Headlines | Templates | Blocks/Groups | Preferences |

------------------------------
Headlines Configuration (No.0)

... of course on the left side are the different
installed mods. But under that last line there is
nothing. So there is no way to add anything.

4) so something is not right. I using version 3.05 of
the mod. I am running Xoops 2.0.15

5) Also, The "Headlines0" is set to display in the
Blocks part of System configuration. And there is a
link in the main Menu... but when I click on that
link I get a blank page. Is this a permissions issue.
I am logged in as "webmaster".

Anyyyyy Hoooo, ideas?
