Here i my error I have checked the other posts but they didn't answer my question. Could you tell me what is wrong here? Basically when I go to upload a file and I hit submit i get the error and when I preview there is no picture.

Error: Photos are too big or there is a problem with the configuration

But the photos are under the requrement. Here is my config
