wraps installs ok, but no pages

Installatoin went ok and I uploadedan index.html file into the folder. In admin I updated the index and it reports "index has been updated from 1 file" this should be correct as there is only the index page in the wraps folder.

When viewing the module in the website the page loads and shows the following address

http://mydomain.com/modules/testwrap/index.php/index.html

which seems correct, but no page is showing.

I have checked that path_info is running and my server admins say yes, it is.

What else could be the problem?
