やっぱり意味が判らないですね

中央-中央ブロックとメインはもともとまったく別物ですよ。

メインを、中央-右ブロックのような位置に表示したい、ということであれば、theme.htmlを開き、テーマ全体のテーブルにおいて、その位置に
<{$xoops_contents}>
を記述するだけです。
