It looks no problem.
Perhaps, there is a problem in the other points.

Try to
- reupload
- update the module
- repair table
- remove all files inside templates_c/ and cache/
- check templates/blocks/tinycontent_content_block.html exists or not
- enable "PHP debug" / "MySQL debug"
