Hi,

Please, change the french translation, replace, in the file named pical_constants.php the folowing lines :
define("_PICAL_CNFM_SAVEAS_YN","Etes vous d'accord pour sauver un autre enregistrement ?") ;
define("_PICAL_CNFM_DELETE_YN","Etes vous d'accord pour supprimer cette enregistrement ?") ;
with :
define("_PICAL_CNFM_SAVEAS_YN","Acceptez vous de sauver comme un autre enregistrement ?") ;
define("_PICAL_CNFM_DELETE_YN","Confirmez vous la suppression de cet enregistrement ?") ;

The problem is coming from the ' symbol (simple quote)
