I have a question for you - should the welcomed agents check start before DOS/F5 check in protector.php?

The accidental labelling Mediapartners-Google as posing DOS attacks got me interested in the codes. It seems to me if Protector detects welcomed agents, then it should skip all other checks. Right now it (I think) is checking DOS first, then agents, then crawlers.

Please correct me if I am wrong, as my knowledge of PHP coding is limited.
