One more typo:
file images\default\daily.tmpl.html, line 22.
                 <font size='1'><a href='{GET_TARGET}?cid={CID}&smode=Weekly&caldate={CALDATE}'><img src='{SKINPATH}/week_on.gif' border='0' width='30' height='24' alt='{ICON_DAILY}' title='{ICON_DAILY}' /></a></font>
ICON_DAILY should be replaced with ICON_WEEKLY.
