It is not trouble of ImageMagick itself, I think.
Some setting of the hosting prevent php from executing some kind of system binary.
As I'm not an admin of the hosting, I don't know how to fix it.
You can claim the host with grounds on:
is_executable() returns false
convert can't be exuecuted from php
Perhaps their skill is little poor.
