1. As we know piCal 0.8 uses now new jscalendar instead of standard Xoops jscalendar (as it was in earlier versions). Code for standard Xoops jscalendar was removed. I suggest to add new admin configuration parameter so that administrator have the possibility to select which calendar to use: standard Xoops or new jscalendar.
Reason - I'd like to have the only date selector on the whole site and other modules already uses standard Xoops jscalendar.

2. I'd like to allow registered users create events in piCal but only private events for themselves, no public. Is it possible now? If not then please implement such functionality: permissions for group to add:
a)private events for themselves only (no public events permission);
b)private events for themselves and for their group (no public events permission);
c) and d) are already implemented by "Can add" and "Super add" permissions.
