It's weird - I never did resolve it. I can noly assume it's to do with individuals particular IE settings because many users are OK.

If I use FireFox there's no problem though.

I did some research a while ago and there was something about '3rd part extensions' that I tried, but it still didn't make any difference when I turned it off.
