my debud step:
in mainfile.php:
define( 'XOOPS_GROUP_ANONYMOUS', '3' );

but in table (xoops_prefix)_groups Anonymous id = 5 !!:
INSERT INTO `artcode_groups` (`groupid`, `name`, `description`, `group_type`) VALUES
(1, 'Webmasters', 'Webmasters of this site', 'Admin'),
(3, 'Registered Users', 'Registered Users Group', 'User'),
(5, 'Anonymous Users', 'Anonymous Users Group', '');

Why?
