I've installed the sitemap to my modules & copied the xml_google.php to my root, gone into prefernces for the module and added the modules I dont want showing in my sitemap. (Unsure what the message part is for)
When I go to view my xml_google.php file A lot of the urls are only partial, such as:
/modules/newbb/index.php?cat=1
/modules/wfsection/viewarticles.php?category=3
Although these urls for wfsection work
http://www.ideal-handling.co.uk/modules/wfsection/topten.php?counter=1http://www.ideal-handling.co.uk/modules/wfsection/topten.php?rate=1http://www.ideal-handling.co.uk/modules/wfsection/archive.ph/modules/xoopspoll/
/modules/tinycontent/
although the tinycontent index pages are full urls like:
http://www.ideal-handling.co.uk/modules/tinycontent1/index.php?id=1/modules/AMS/
Any idea what may be causing it to miss of my domain?
I should have remembered to do that in the first place (slaps hand of self). I'll try it later today and let you know!
First, you should turn PHP debug on.
After, direct access xml_google.
Perhaps, some error message will be shown.
When I submit to Google, I get an error notice from them saying that it has a parsing error.
I note on the page xml_google.php that the browser says "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." Any idea what I may be doing wrong in the google sitemap submission process?
As always, thanks for your labors...
