I'm getting this error.
Failed saving data to database for headline BEA dev2dev Articles
XmlParse error: Undeclared entity error at line 101
AT line 101, I found this

Any clue what is this 'Jø' and why it is failing?

I don't know the character of ø .
If it's ISO-8859-1 character, you can set ISO-8859-1 as encoding of the feed manually.
Else, you have to make
language/(your language)/headlinerenderer.php
for conversion.
(iconv or mbstring are neccesary)
