Hi im from Poland. My english isn't good. But i try to write something. So...I got protector 2.51 and i should edit "php.ini" or "httpd.conf" php_admin_flag allow_url_fopen off .but i dont know where are "php.ini" or "httpd.conf" files .plz help me

If you are not administrator, you can't do that.
All you can do is claiming it to your server's admin.
If you are administrator, you should study more and more by yourself.
It's a basic knowridge.
