After installation 0.8, both common and module folders were verified in root. When submit new event, click the date selector cannot pop up calendar to select date.

Can anyone help to solve this problem?

hmmm.

It sounds strange.

First, try to remove common/jscalendar.
If it works well, it is caused by some errors with uploading.
Else, check your browser allows JavaScript or not.

Thanks very much, I remove common/jscalendar as your mentioned, it works without error.

Why it dosn't work with common folder installed.
This site is held in my own server and should dosn't exist any upload problem.

I am using IIS 6 and PHP504.

Hi,

I did that but it doesn't work with Pical 0.81!

In my case it seems to be a Javascript pronblem: "calendar" not defined.

Can you help me?

Environment problem?

Anyway, try remove or rename XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/common/calendar/

Which core version of XOOPS do you use?

Anyway, I can't help you till you write your environment with detail.

Finally, it works after i updated my theme.html file.

I added a <xoops_header_module> at beginning og body section.

I think it is this upgrade that resolved this problem.

Thanks for help.

I've missed a commentation about it!

<{$xoops_module_header}>

is an indispensabile tag as a XOOPS theme.

Some other modules cannot also work, if missing the tag.
