I manage to fix all exept for the two top one.

1. register globals on.

Wich file shall I edit and put
"php_flag register_globals off"
Or shall I go with the htacess solution, and I do that by.......?

2. allow url foben on.
What shall I do? Where do I find the php.ini file or the httpd.config file that I am supposed to edit?

I read some other threads about this in the forum, but I still do not get it.

I can't teach how to use .htaccess in English.
All I can advise you is put .htaccess in XOOPS_ROOT_PATH.

And allow_url_fopen can't be disabled by .htaccess.

If you are not an administrator of the server, claim it to your admin or just forget it.
