I was wondering what the XOOPS 2.0.10JP version is? I looked on the Xoops site and I don't see the version with the JP on it.

XOOPS 2.0.x-JP is a different version of XOOPS released www.xoops.org.
(I shall not use the term of "fork")
The member of JP core are:
- onokazu (original XOOPS author)
- nobunobu (WordPressME)
- Ryuji (waiting, sitemap etc.)
- minahito (YYBBS, *Any, bx* etc.)
English is also maintained by JP core team.
You can download and try it from here

Perhaps, 2.0.10JP can do.
But I can't say that all the modules / themes from xoops.org work with 2.1/3.0 from onokazu's team.
This is same as that None can say that all the modules / themes from Japanese contributers work with 2.1/2.2/4.0 from Herko's team.
All I can say is that I will support my works with both versions.
