Hi,
I have to configure Urdu News RSS and found such RSS at BBC Urdu but I am unable to configure in my xoops portal. The site is,
http://www.bbc.co.uk/urdu/institutional/rss.shtml
The link I am using for RSS is http://www.bbc.co.uk/urdu/index.rdf
but it is displaying question marks like "????????".
Please suggest what should I do?

If you want to use the character set other than ISO-8859-1, you have to make language/(your language)/headlinerenderer.php
