hi mekong.
It sounds useful and it is not so difficult to implement it.
Thus, I've just added it.
setup SPAW like TinyD:
XOOPS_ROOT_PATH/common/spaw/
If you use IE5.5 or higher, you can find the link to SPAW in left of the textarea.
Try it.
