Protector >= 2.4 does not have the block.
Just edit mainfile.php.

I think the way I have it set up is correct:

Note that the weight is 0. If you have any other blocks in the left column, their weights must be greater than 0, so that the Protector block gets executed first.

sry. if this is a stupid Q, but what user should I give what access.
"admin rights" is webmaster only, "Proctector" is for all, but "access rights" is that for all or?
