I get an error trying to add the following feed;
http://www.experiencegaming.com/rss/News.rss
Here's the error;
Failed saving data to database for headline Experience Gaming
XmlParse error: xml declaration not at start of external entity at line 2
It worked fine in the origianl headline module

It is a wrong format as XML.
But I've just adopted such a wrong RSS or ATOM.

THat did it for thath feed, here's another of there feed that's giving me a problem.

I get the following error
XmlParse error: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 20
I suppose it's the same type of problem, wrong code

Did you set encoding manually?
xhld can't find the encoding from some wrong feeds.
Just set it "ISO-8859-1" manually.

I have similar problem with feeds without xml header ;(

上記スレッドを参考にされて、"ISO-8859-2"に対応する書替が必用ですね。
"WINDOWS-1251"を"ISO-8859-2"に読み換えると、動きそうですね。
