Help! Submitting form in myalbum returns bad results

When I submit a photo in myalbum, my Description runs off the page to the right. I tried containing them in the template files with no luck. Please Help!

It's an issue of templates set or theme.
Perhaps, you use customized templates set.
Copy the templates of myAlbum-P from default to yours.
I can't advise customized templates by you at all.
