I have a need to send upcoming events to an email list. I'm trying to convert a current site over to Xoops. On that site I have an upcoming event list of the site and an email php script using the same DB tables to send out a reminder email based on a cron entry.

I didn't see any other xoops module that did that either. I think I could coble together something out of the existing functions and using the piCal tables. I was wondering if anyone had already done this before I start.
