Is it the intent that the alt= tags be tool tips in myAlbum-P?
alt= tags only show as a tool tip for IE, and this is actually contrary to the W3C spec. The title= tag is the appropriate one to use. I see this used in some places (photo title), but most (all?) of the small icons don't have them, and therefore, it's not obvious what the icons do, for us non-IE users.
