I have altsys installed on xoops 2.07.3. I get the following from DEBUG:

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

It looks a wrong setting of "open_basedir"
"/home/httpd/vhosts/marketagenda.com/httpdocs:/tmp"
should be
"/home/httpd/vhosts/marketagenda.com/:/tmp/"

You can select options.

1. change the php.ini/httpd.conf (If you are admin)
2. claim it to the admin
3. quit the server
4. put xoops_trust_path inside /home/httpd/vhosts/marketagenda.com/httpdocs/ (Though I don't recommend it)
