Thanks for a wonderful photo album. I am having a problem; I uploaded a bunch of photos, but it seems the actual image is being used as a thumbnail and the images are rather large so it takes forever to load the page. Now I checked my uploads folder and realized that the thumbs folder wasn't there, so I went to the configuration for myAlbum-P and did Rebuild Thumbnails. I checked the uploads directory again and, voila, the thumbs are there, correct sizes and everything. BUT... the myAlbum-P still uses the actual images from the uploads/photos directory instead of the uploads/thumbs directory. What am I missing??

It sounds like that the option "Make Thumb Image" is off.

If you did turned it on, show me the result of "Check Confs&Envs".
