What compatibility?

- template?
Just a bug of 2.0.16
Fix it.

- (left|center|right) Blocks under the content?

The extension on 2.0.14 has non-sense.
I've already suggestted more powerful/flexible/compatible way to arrange blocks.

Perhaps, I have to recommend 2.0.16a-JP from xoopscube.org rather than 2.0.16 from xoops.org for all Xoopsers.
