I keep getting this in protector 3.02, is this actual spam? or is it possibly blocking normal register activity?

Guys i think its Bug with protector 3.2 i get the same thing too , i see register.php and there the attack as DOS and as Spam this start after updated from 3.1 to 3.2

to check make sure , i tried to register in my website with 3 diffrent Users and i Got Blank Screen when i tried to create the Thrd User , i tried that Seviral times and when i turned the protector Off i could Register with Diffrent users without Problem , and then again i turned protector On and tried to register 3 diffrent users and i Got the balnk screen again on thrd Creation of User .

Perhaps, it is caused by your wrong upgrading.
Of course, this site runs the latest Protector 3.02 since 4/8, but there are a lot of users was joined newly.

Or remove your arabic language files.
It can make a fatal error.

If you think it's bug, you should paste the log at least.
Also you have to turn PHP debug on.

No its my bad becose i tried to register 3 times in short time .. i thin it just the protector doing his Job exactly like it shoud becose i have this opition Bad counts for F5 Attack set to 4 and when i registerd 3 tims in short time that consider like f5 so i changed it to 10 and every thing went Fine

dont worry :) all what i was tring to say what cuse that problem is my mistake with the numbers of Hits i chosen for f5 attacks . i puted 3 hits that what cuse the protector to ban me becose when i tried to register 3 times in very short time

You'd better check Protector's log before reporting it as BUG
