The setting of your protector looks too severe.
My few accesses made bad_ips registering.
You should clear the list of bad_ips.

ちょっと記事を何件か流し読みした程度で、いきなりbad_ipsに登録されたみたいで、このニュースを書いてからずっとアクセスできません。
相当にbad_ipsが溜まっているはずなので、いったんクリアした方がいいと思います。
