Is there any patch required in piCal to deal with the changes occuring in Daylight savings time?

Just change your server timezone in your preferences.

Greeting GIJOE,
My understanding is that to fix the daylight savings time problem, we go to the Calendar preference menu and manually switch over the setting in "Timezone of the server" between the summer and winter settings.
Is there an easier way to do this?
